Carl Hester Receives Top Award From Her Majesty The Queen
One of Great Britain's most popular dressage riders Carl Hester has been presented by Her Majesty The Queen with the British Horse Society Queen's Award for Equestrianism.

The ceremony which took place at the Royal Windsor Horse Show within the stunning grounds of Windsor Castle was in recognition of his many outstanding achievements and services to equestrianism.

The Queen's Award For Equestrianism was first founded in 2005 and is awarded annually with top nominations decided by the British Horse Society which then go forward to the final selection of who the recipient will be which in this case was Carl Hester.

This prestigious award adds to his 2013 New Year Honours where he received the Member of The Most Excellent Order of the British Empire for his services to equestrianism.
