FEI Awards Lifetime Achievement Award
Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II has received the FEI Lifetime Achievement Award for her outstanding and ongoing support of equestrian sport that she has shown throughout her reign as monarch.

FEI president HRH Princess Haya awarded HM Queen Elizabeth with the award at a ceremony at Buckingham Palace, also present were the Duke of Edinburgh Prince Phillip who was a former FEI President and is also an avid carriage driver well known for his skill at driving teams of four Cleveland Bay's.

The Queen is well known for her breeding of Thoroughbred and Cleveland Bay horses as well as ponies native to Great Britain including Shetland, Fell and Highland breeds to help ensure their preservation.
