Olympic Rider's Selected
With 32 days remaining until the grand opening Ceremony on the 27th July some of the top riders and horses in their profession have been selected to represent Great Britain within the sport of Dressage and Eventing, with show jumping still to announce their selection.

In dressage the three team members chosen were Carl Hester riding Uthopia, Charlotte Dujardin riding Valegro and Laura Bechtolsheimer riding Mistral Hojris and to contest the individual competition is Richard Davison riding Artemis.

This will be Charlotte Dujardin's first Olympic Games although she is certainly no stranger on the international circuit having had great success with Valegro a horse which is co owned by her mentor Carl Hester and Mrs. Roly Luard. Carl will be riding the incredibly expressive and talented Uthopia on whom he has had great success.

Richard Davison has taken part in three previous Olympic Games and will be aiming high in the individual competition with his striking horse Artemis. While London will be Laura Bechtolsheimer's second Olympics on her striking chestnut Mistral Hojris on whom she currently hold the British Grand Prix Freestyle record. All in all the British dressage selection for both the team and individual is incredible with some incredibly talented and well established partnerships chosen to represent Great Britain.
