Black Caviar Remains Unbeaten
The striking black 6 year old sprinter has won again this time in the T J Smith Stakes at Randwick making it her 15th group one win with jockey Luke Nolen.

The beautiful 16.2 HH mare is trained by Melbourne based Peter Moody who has yet decide if the mare will run again at Royal Ascot in June where last year she won the Diamond Jubilee Stakes.

Black Caviar whose sire was Bel Esprit and whose dam was Helsinge remains unbeaten in her last 25 flat races. This impressive horse's career began as a two year old in 2009, where she then went on to have wins in 2010 and 2011 including the T J Smith Stakes in Randwick and the BTC Cup in Doomben.

The following year she went on to have an exciting 2012 where she had numerous wins including winning the Australia Stakes, the Lightning Stakes and the Diamond Jubilee Stakes at Royal Ascot in England.

Black Caviar has also had a highly successful current year to date with wins in the Lightning Stakes at Flemington, the William Reid Stakes at Moonee Valley and the TJ Smith Stakes at Randwick.

Black Caviar has also very deservedly been inducted into the Australian Racing Hall of Fame which forms part of the Australian Racing Museum which honours some of the most special racehorses, jockeys, trainers and associates in horse racing. Other racing legends that have been inducted include include the impressive Australian thoroughbred Phar Lap and Shannon.
