The FEI Have Relegated Great Britain And Belgium
Having decided to allow both Great Britain and Belgium to remain in the Nations Cup following a draw at the final, the FEI has now decided to reverse its decision and to relegate both Great Britain and Belgium along with the Italians.
The Meydan Nations Cup Promotional League final will allow the top two teams to be promoted to the Nations cup for next year.
The format for the Nations Cup final next year will be the relegation of the three lowest teams and then the promotion of two teams. The reason for this is to bring the total number of teams in the Nations Cup down to eight teams by 2011 which will help to ensure the future of the Nations Cup for years to come.
