Tattersalls Horse Trials
The HSBC FEI World Cup Eventing Qualifier at Tattersalls Horse Trials in Dublin was a huge success with
Irelands own Patricia Ryan riding Fernhill Clover Mist winning this prestigious event.

Patricia Ryan was closely followed by husband Michael Ryan riding Old Road who finished 1.4 penalties behind her and finished in second place.

There were 56 starters in total from seven nations, Ireland, Australia, Great Britain, Italy, New Zealand, Portugal, Sweden.

The event all came together in the final show jumping where a clear round moved Patricia up from 4th place to 1st to finish on a final score of 57.6. Michael Ryans clear show jumping round also moved him up from 7th place into 2nd to finish on a score of 59.

Mary King from Great Briton had one fence down in the show jumping to move her into 3 rd place on a final score of 60.4 with the always impressive Imperial Cavalier. Mary King also had success with her two other rides Fernhill Urco who finished in 6th place on 66.8 and Kings Temptress who finished 11th.

Piggy French from Great Briton unfortunately had two fences down in the show jumping and dropped into 5th place.

Oliver Townend from Great Briton riding Jackson d'Allez unfortunately had 8 fences down and dropped into 24th position.

Final Results

1st place was Patricia Ryan riding Fernhill Clover Mist from Ireland on a dressage score of 50.8 with 6.8 penalties cross country and clear show jumping finished on a final score of 57.6.
2nd place was Michael Ryan riding Old Road from Ireland on a dressage score of 55.4 with 3.6 to add cross country and a clear show jumping round gave him a final score of 59 penalties.
3rd place went to Mary King riding Imperial Cavalier from Great Briton on a dressage score of 44 and 12.4 to add on the cross country phase with 4 faults on the show jumping gave her a final score of 60.4
4th place went to Polly Stockton riding Westwood Poser from Great Briton on a dressage score of 42.7 and 10.8 to add after the cross country and 8 penalties to add for two fences down gave her a final score of 61.5.
5th Place was Piggy French riding What A Performance from Great Briton who achieved a dressage score of 47.4 and had 10.4 to add after the cross country and two fences down after the show jumping left her on a final score of 66.3.
6th place was Mary King riding Fernhill Urco from Great Briton who achieved a dressage score of 45.2 and added 17.6 after the cross country with one fence down gave the pair a final score of 66.8.
7th place went to Pippa Funnell riding Blue Horizon from Great Briton on a dressage score of 47.9, she added 10.4 after the cross country and had 9 faults to add after the show jumping to leave her on a final score of 67.3.
8th place went to Declan Cullen riding Glenhill gold for Ireland who achieved a dressage score of 50 and added 10 faults after the cross country and 8 faults for two fences down gave him the final score of 68.
9th place went to Camilla Speirs riding Portersize Just A Jiff from Ireland. Camilla achieved a dressage score of 59.2 and added 8.4 after her cross country round and then one fence down in the sow jumping left her on a final score of 72.7
10th place went to Matthew Wright riding Cermont from Great Briton, the pair managed a dressage score of 51.5 and added 17.2 after cross country with one fence to add show jumping gave them a final score of 72.7.
